Gauss Lab recently received the "Gangwon Governor's Award" at the 8th Korea SW Convergence Hackathon, held simultaneously at 11 venues nationwide.

This year’s event, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) and organized by the SW Convergence Cluster, brought together 31 teams that had passed regional preliminaries. Under the theme of "Leading the Digital New Deal through SW Convergence Technology," participants worked on projects over an intensive three-day period without breaks.

Representing the Chungnam region, Gauss Lab participated in the Designated Task 2 category. By enhancing its industrial inspection and diagnostic solution, AR·XR Logbook, with equipment auto-recognition and classification capabilities, the company secured the Excellence Award.

A Gauss Lab representative stated, "We plan to develop a substation inspection solution based on digital twin technology through AR·XR Logbook. With ongoing research and development, we aim to implement intelligent digital power plants and substations."
