Gauss Lab (GAUSS LAB), a company specializing in industrial digital twin solutions and data analytics, announced on the 15th that it has been selected for the '2023 Second Chance Success Package' organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, as well as the '2023 Meteorological Technology Commercialization Support Project' organized by the Korea Meteorological Industry Technology Institute.

The '2023 Second Chance Success Package' aims to discover promising (pre)reentrepreneurs with high growth potential and support them with a comprehensive re-entrepreneurship program. Companies selected for this package will receive support for commercialization funds, programs, and infrastructure necessary for product and service development.

The '2023 Meteorological Technology Commercialization Support Project' is designed to promote the commercialization of excellent weather and climate technologies, thereby laying the groundwork for growth in the meteorological industry. Companies selected for this project will receive funding to discover technologies and establish commercialization strategies.

Gauss Lab provides solutions across various industrial sectors through its industrial visual inspection solution, 'AR·XR Logbook.' The company is currently developing a solution based on meteorological data to predict renewable energy generation.

A representative from Gauss Lab stated, "We are developing a solution to predict renewable energy generation based on weather data, contributing to a stable supply of renewable energy. This stability can help reduce environmentally damaging energy consumption, making it a focal point for future industries." They added, "We are also researching ways to enhance efficiency in industrial fields using our existing AR·XR Logbook."
