Digital ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) transformation company Gauss Lab announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement at the "New Corporate Agreement Ceremony for the Environmental Big Data Platform" hosted by the Korea Water Resources Corporation at its headquarters in Daejeon on the 3rd.

The purpose of this ceremony was to welcome new companies participating in the environmental big data platform and maximize synergy through data openness and collaboration. Through this agreement, Gauss Lab will publicly share its new data on the big data platform and will also share data from other companies.

A total of 20 institutions are participating in the environmental big data platform, which will open various environmental data related to water, climate, meteorology, ecology, geology, energy, and biodiversity for utilization.

Lee Jung-geun, CEO of Gauss Lab, stated, "Through this agreement, we plan to strengthen our collaboration with the Korea Water Resources Corporation and showcase various services that promote carbon neutrality. By integrating our digital transformation (DX) solutions, we aim to enhance the efficiency of digital ESG transformation and contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development."

A representative from the Korea Water Resources Corporation expressed, "We are very pleased that innovative companies like Gauss Lab are participating in the environmental big data platform. We will continue to enhance the utilization of environmental data through collaboration with various companies to create a better environment."
