Gauss Lab, a company specializing in industrial digital twin solutions and data analysis, recently presented its industrial visual inspection solutions, 'AR (Augmented Reality) LOGBOOK' and 'XR (Extended Reality) LOGBOOK,' at the 21st World Korean Business Convention (WKBC) held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. This year's WKBC was notably the first to be held overseas, featuring participation from 535 companies, including major Korean firms such as Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motors, and POSCO, totaling over 6,000 attendees—the largest scale in history.

The 'AR·XR LOGBOOK' showcased by Gauss Lab integrates information and communication technology (ICT) with XR to facilitate real-time communication between technicians and managers in various industrial settings.

According to Gauss Lab, the 'AR·XR LOGBOOK' serves as an inspection solution through AR and XR devices like tablets and head-mounted displays. It improves upon the limitations of traditional visual inspections, enabling "precise maintenance" and "immediate reporting processes," thus reducing time spent on inspections. The solution is expected to have high utility across industries with industrial facility setups, such as energy and power sectors.

Additionally, Gauss Lab was recently selected for the '2023 Metaverse Convergence Content Support Project,' further validating the commercial viability and technological capabilities of its solutions.
